Do you currently hold an InterNACHI or ASHI home inspector certification, or have at least 2 years of experience in construction, contracting, or the building trades?
This role requires accessing attics, crawlspaces, and roofs, lifting 40+ lbs, and traveling to inspection sites across O'ahu. Do you have a valid Hawaii driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to perform these job functions?
Are you available to work full-time, Monday–Friday, with occasional Saturday inspections?
Are you comfortable writing detailed inspection reports on a tablet or laptop using inspection software?
How long have you lived or worked on Oahu?
