Part time Hybrid Remote Property Manager for a 2 unit Fully Furnished Property in Waianae.  $20 per hour + Commission based Real-estate Property Manager position.  Hybrid Home based work and onsite visits to Waianae to show the property and handle check in and checkout.  The 1 bedroom and 3 bedroom units are Mid to Long Term Rentals. (Monthly to Yearly Contracts).  Once the units are occupied, you will be paid a commission based on the 1 or 2 rentals EVERY MONTH.  Imagine working a few days and getting paid continuously month after month.  This is a unique hourly + commission based part time job opportunity with the ability to work remotely and ONSITE when required.  The ultimate part time job.  The ideal applicant are as follows:
