Job Duties:

  • Working in a Warehouse Management System as well as MS Office: processing orders, inbound receipts, invoicing, and inventory
  • Handle customer inquiries by phone, email, fax etc.
  • Processing paperwork, filing, copying etc.


Requirement:

  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Must be computer literate and able to type and 10-key
  • Professional and able to communicate w/ customers and teammates
  • Able to prioritize, multi-task and can work under pressure with time restrictions
  • Must be organized and efficient
  • Previous clerical experience preferable
