Job Details

The Duties:

· Completes rental transactions and agreements for customers following established guidelines and procedures.

· Obtains required authorisations, signatures, imprints, addendum, confirmation numbers, and perform Preferred / Fastbreak, or other special services as assigned.

· Reviews completed contracts with customers to verify accuracy of information and explains rates and charges.

· Provides customers with completed rental agreements, keys, directions to rental vehicles, maps, and any other assistance required.

· Completes transaction procedures for returned vehicles and verifies accuracy of closing calculations.

· Respond promptly to customer enquiries, handle and resolve customer complaints

· Organize workflow to meet customer timelines

· Escalate issues to management as appropriate

· Move rental vehicles as directed including delivering to customers

· Maintain accurate vehicle logs as directed

· Fuel up, vacuum the vehicle and take the vehicles to washing station for returned vehicles to meet the rental standard

· Actively participate in H&S adherence, improvements and initiatives

· Attend work at all scheduled times including out of hours as required

· Demonstrate an approach to continuous improvement

· To carry out all tasks that could reasonably be expected of you

What we`re looking for:

· Bachelor degree

· Valid Driver`s License

· Flexibility to work days, evenings, overnights, weekends and holidays

· Willingness to work outdoor in weather conditions with moderate noise level

· Basic computer skills (typing, data entry)

· Ability to demonstrate professionalism, enthusiasm, and outstanding communication skills with customers, co-workers and management
