WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (Job Overview):
The Non-Congregate Site (NCS) Manager oversees and supports the delivery of Red Cross services to clients staying at non-congregate shelters. The NCS Site Manager manages a team of NCS Client support workers, DMH, DHS and Shelter Resident Transition caseworkers. Site Managers compassionately and professionally interact with clients and hotel operators to ensure their needs are met. The NCS Site Manger oversees the day-to-day activities at non-congregate shelter sites which can include reception/registration, feeding support, communicating, and receiving information, coordinating with Shelter Resident Transition Caseworkers and community recovery partners, and other duties as assigned.
The NCS/SRT Site Manager collaborates with DROHQ SRT Supervisor, Managers, DROHQ IDC managers and reports directly to the DROHQ NCS Lodging Coordinator.
This position is located in Kahului, Maui.

Standard Schedule:
This is a temporary assignment expected to last 3 months to one year.
Work hours are 12 hours per day 6 days per week.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (Minimum Qualifications):
Education: Bachelor’s Degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience with social services or service/program delivery.
Management experience: N/A
Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft applications and other web-based systems.
A valid drivers license is required
Physical requirements may include the ability to sit or stand for long periods and adapt to long, irregular hours, and frequent schedule changes are required.
