VP Service General Manager – Expectations, Roles & Responsibilities
• Set the example for your Direct Reports.
o Work hours flexible but generally 7am - 4pm, 1 hour lunch
o Stay up to date with your paperwork
o Stay organized
• Oversee and Manage NAVFAC Service Dept. Manager, Private Service Dept. Manager and Service Support Staff.
• Review, improve and document process and procedures to improve department work efficiency
• Analyze and report on Service Dept. performance on a monthly basis to Accounting and the President.
• Networking and Business Development
• Assist with Service Bids and Proposals as needed
• Other tasks as assigned by the President
Must have 10 years of HVAC experience
Must have Management experience
