Airport Industrial Park (AIPA) is an owner-developed and managed multi-level office/warehouse facility conveniently located next to the Honolulu International Airport. We are looking for an experienced Construction Laborer to support our on-site construction and facilities operations as we strive to provide our tenants with a quality experience. The right candidate for this position will be respectful, reliable, and detail oriented. The hourly range for this position is $19-$23/hour (determined on experience) and includes a generous benefits package. We are excited to discuss the many opportunities we have available for you at Airport Industrial Park!

Essential Skills:

• Performs construction cleaning and rubbish disposal
• Performs both indoor and outdoor minor construction site demolition
• Responsible for the movement of equipment, materials, and supplies around property
• Erects, moves, and works from scaffolds and ladders
• Cleans and organizes jobsites and work areas as required
• Assists with ongoing property maintenance with the Facilities Teams as assigned
• Communicates with tenants, AIPA Management and Facilities team personnel to address needs, concerns, and questions
• Utilizes forklifts and scissor lifts to load/unload supplies as needed
• Maintains construction shop areas to be clean and free of safety hazards
• Responds to after-hour emergencies as requested
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor

Minimum Requirements:

• 1-2 years of current work experience in commercial construction preferred
• Knowledge of safety procedures and practices for building construction
• Ability to work in a team environment and complete tasks without immediate supervision
• Ability to effectively communicate with other team and management members
