Seeking an experienced Assistant Resident Manager for a large 580-unit condominium in Honolulu. Applicant must be a motivated team player with prior experience in condominium management. Candidate must possess experience in the field, including strong administrative, supervisory, verbal and written communication skills.
Duties include, but are not limited to, assisting with rules enforcement, property maintenance, supervision of maintenance & admin staff, oversight of service vendors, interfacing with residents and guests, and the oversight of the overall day-to-day functions of the property. Must be willing to be on call 24/7 and handle emergency situations.
Must have knowledge of electrical, plumbing and carpentry, and be able to communicate effectively and professionally with a multitude of people.
