Brief job description:
Support project manager and Superintendent in all aspects from office to field to achieve a successful project. Read and Review plans and specifications, complete take-offs. Manage & Maintain RFI, Submittal, and Procurement Process. Assist in buyout of subcontractors and vendor purchase orders. Estimate & Negotiate change orders. Have critical thinking skills, problem -solving, get it done, and negotiating skills to achieve desired outcome. Develop and maintain project schedules required for bids and proposals (Primavera P6 or equal).
Required Skills &Technical Knowledge:
Bachelors Degree (engineering desired)
Minimum 5 years of construction experience
Proficient in following Computer programs (Word, Excel, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, On screen Takeoff, estimate software)
Strong teamwork, communication and customer service skills.
HDL with clean driving abstract.
