This is NOT a remote position!

We are a small local mortgage company, looking to hire an administrative assistant to join our highly motivated team.

The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, and have an ability to take initiative, and prioritize daily tasks. A strong ability to take charge and meet tight deadlines will ensure your success in this multi-faceted role. 

Typical work hours will be 9am - 6pm.

Responsibilities

  • Excellent phone etiquette: Answer and transfer calls
  • Copy/scan/save confidential client documents
  • High level of clear and concise communication
  • Ensure file organization based on office protocol
  • Provide ad hoc support around office as needed, such as ordering office supplies, going on lunch runs, etc

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferred
  • Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks accordingly
  • Sense of urgency with attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite / Google Drive / Google Hangouts
