• Working in a Warehouse Management System as well as MS Office: preparing inventory reports, processing paperwork etc.
• Provide support to operations and communicate with coworkers and customers via phone, in person, email, and/or fax
• Processing paperwork, filing, copying etc.
• Strong computer experience with working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Must be computer literate and able to type and 10-key
• Professional and able to communicate w/ customers and teammates
• Able to prioritize, multi-task and can work under pressure with time restrictions
• Must be organized and efficient
• Work independently with minimal supervision
• Previous clerical experience preferable
