PRIMARY PURPOSE:
Assist Business Services Manager with bookkeeping/accounting functions to maintain financial records of the company. Serves as primary backup for all duties of the Administrative Assistant and assist/support other staff as necessary.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/FUNCTIONS:
1. Process cash receipts and disbursements
2. Maintains accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
3. Invoice and collect accounts receivables.
4. Maintains filing and proper storage of accounting records.
5. Inputs data into the accounting system.
OTHER DUTIES/FUNCTIONS:
1. Prepare deposits and process remote deposits.
2. Assist with preparation of audit workpapers for year-end audit.
3. Maintain a PAC database of PAC contributions to reconcile with government affairs director`s database.
4. Performs other duties as assigned.
5. Serves as primary backup to the Administrative Assistant in his/her absence which includes but not limited to phone/lobby coverage, incoming and outgoing mail, etc.
