We're seeking an experienced Talent Sourcer* to help us fill 5-6 critical positions over the next 2-3 months. This is a contract role perfect for someone with recruiting experience who wants flexible, remote work. You'll work directly with our leadership team to identify, engage, and screen candidates for operational and technical roles.

Responsibilities

• Source and identify qualified candidates for service technician, operations, and leadership roles in Honolulu
• Post job openings across relevant job boards (Indeed, LinkedIn, local Hawaii platforms)
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens with candidates
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
• Maintain organized candidate pipeline and provide regular updates on recruiting progress
• Leverage Hawaii market knowledge and networks to identify local talent
• Build relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Conduct reference checks and background verification as needed

Requirements

Must Have:

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience
• Based in Hawaii OR deep familiarity with the Hawaii talent market
• Strong phone screening and candidate assessment skills
• Experience using job boards and efficiently managing ad budgets (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple open positions simultaneously
• Comfortable working remotely with flexible schedule
