Position Type: 10-Month Contract, Middle-Level General Education Teacher (Math)
Compensation: Commensurate with Hawaii Department of Education Level

Connections Public Charter School is seeking a passionate and dedicated Middle School Math Teacher to join our collaborative and student-centered team! The ideal candidate will hold a valid teaching license in the state of Hawaii and be able to teach core middle school math courses, including foundational math skills, Pre-Algebra, and introductory Algebra concepts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement engaging, standards-aligned lesson plans.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment.
• Assess student progress and provide timely, constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with colleagues to support student learning and school initiatives.
  
   

Qualifications:

• Licensed to teach 7-8 grade mathematics in Hawaii.
• Strong knowledge of middle school math curriculum and instructional strategies.
• Commitment to building strong relationships with diverse learners.
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
