Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Vacation Rental Manager to oversee the daily operations of our vacation rental properties in Hawaii. You will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional guest experience while optimizing operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage property listings, calendars, and dynamic pricing across platforms (Airbnb, VRBO, etc.)

• Oversee guest communication, including check-ins, check-outs, and handling inquiries or complaints

• Coordinate with cleaning teams and maintenance vendors; manage schedules and quality control

• Communicate regularly with property owners and business partners

• Analyze operational performance and propose improvements

• Assist with marketing initiatives, including social media and OTA platform management

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in vacation rentals, hospitality, or real estate

• Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written)

• High attention to customer service and problem-solving

• Experience in team leadership or staff supervision is a plus

• Must be based in Hawaii
