Full-Time Seafood and Meat Cutter position!

What You'll Do:

• Prepare, cut, and package a variety of seafood and meat products.
• Receive products from vendors, organize and rotate cases in the freezer/chill. 
• Ensure freshness, quality, and proper handling of all products.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the meat and seafood departments.
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and making recommendations.
• Follow all health, safety, and food handling regulations.

What We're Looking For:

• 2 years or more of experience in meat and/or seafood cutting. 
• Ability to safely handle sharp knives, operate electric meat saws, grinders, and other meat processing equipment. 
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items, which often weigh up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service and teamwork skills.
• Able to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
