“Field Service Technician”

Looking for an exciting new job opportunity! M Nakai Repair Service is currently seeking a hard-working, reliable, full-time service technician to join our team! We specialize in the installation and maintenance of storage tanks (underground & aboveground), fuel dispensers, pumping systems, generators and more. We also provide service to all islands.

Job Overview

As a service tech, you will be tasked with the repairs/service of various fueling equipment such as gas dispensers, fuel piping, tank systems, point of sales, generators, compliance inspections etc. 

Hiring For:

MECHANICAL/ELECTRONIC SERVICE TECHNICIAN

Key Responsibilities:
• Field repair of gas dispensers, tank monitor systems, point of sales systems, fuel piping etc.
• Perform compliance inspections and submit detailed reports

• Key skills and abilities include basic knowledge of electronic and mechanical components

   in dispensing system, and PC based equipment

Job Qualifications:

• Ability to work independent of supervision

• Physical ability to lift or move up to 50 lbs independently

• Physical ability to climb, kneel and crouch
• Autonomous individual that is motivated, and a team player with ability to solve problems

• Must have current drivers license to operate motor vehicle  
• Ability to perform on call duties after hours and on weekends, and must be able to travel

   neighbor islands

• Basic understanding of electronic theory design
• Strong technical and mechanical skills

• Experience in PC components hardware`s, and Windows OS

• Factory training and certifications will be provided

Education and Skills:
• Electronic Technical school training is a plus
