We are located at luxury hotels, award winning fine dining restaurants, major health care facilities, financial institutions and prestigious community events.

We are seeking full-time and part-time dedicated and customer-focused Valet Attendants to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a smooth parking experience for our clients. This position requires strong communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to drive various types of vehicles.  We are hiring on-call and full-time valets for day, night and overnight shifts. The rate of pay is $16/hour - $20/hour + tips. We work with your availability!

Duties

• Greet guests upon arrival and assist with parking their vehicles in a safe and efficient manner.
• Provide valet parking services, ensuring that all vehicles are parked securely and retrieved promptly upon request.
• Maintain a clean and organized parking area while adhering to safety protocols.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change as needed.
• Communicate effectively with guests regarding parking procedures, policies, and any special requests.
• Assist with any additional guest inquiries or concerns, demonstrating excellent customer service skills.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless operation during peak hours.
• Perform routine checks on parked vehicles to ensure their safety and security.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid drivers license.
• Strong driving skills and a clean driving record 
• Previous experience in guest services or hospitality is preferred.
• Valet parking experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
• Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with guests and team members.
• A team player willing to collaborate with colleagues.
