Who We Are

Batteries Plus is a national brand built on hyper-niche expertise: specialty batteries, phone repair, key cutting, and key fob programming. While the brand is huge, our Aiea store is locally owned and operated. We solve everyday problems for our neighbors when they need help the most.

Here`s the Truth: You Don`t Need to Be a Tech Expert

We don't expect you to walk in knowing how to fix an iPhone or program a smart key for a Honda. We will teach and train you on everything.

What we can`t teach are the soft skills. We are looking for people who are naturally friendly, curious, and enjoy helping others. If you have a good attitude and know how to find an answer when you don't know it, you will thrive here.

What You`ll Be Doing

• Connecting with People: Greet customers, listen to what's broken or missing, and help them find the right solution with a smile.
• Learning a Trade: Get hands-on (and paid!) training to repair smartphones, cut keys, program vehicle fobs, and test batteries.
• Problem Solving: Use our tools, systems, and team to look up answers for unique technical questions.
• Keeping the Shop Sharp: Help with inventory, keep the tech bench organized, and assist with store setup.

What We Are Looking For

• Teamwork: Batteries Plus has 800+ stores and a network of support to provide help and assist with getting the information needed for our local customers.
• The "Friendly" Factor: You genuinely enjoy talking to people and making a customer`s day a little easier.
• Resourcefulness: If you don't know an answer, your first instinct is to ask or look it up. We will provide tools and support for success.
• Basics: High School Diploma or equivalent. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs (some car/marine batteries have some weight to them!).
