INDEPENDENT SALES REP MERCHANDISER [BIG ISLAND]
 

DESCRIPTION: 

We are a local wholesaler based in Honolulu looking for an independent sales representative merchandiser for local giftware items. This year marks our 50th year in business. Sales experience required.  Candidate will be working with retailers such as Walmart, ABC Stores, Long`s, Food Pantry, Foodland and similar retailers. Individual should have sales experience, proven performance, great organizational skills and a desire to grow business. 

JOB DUTIES: 

• Scheduled servicing of retailers
• Work with store managers for orders
• Merchandise items at select stores upon arrival
• Service and maintain current accounts.
• Expand and grow line.
• Communicate with Honolulu office on a regular basis

REQUIREMENTS: 

• Wholesale sales experience
• Full time resident of the Big Island
• Own vehicle
• Able to lift 40+ lbs 
• Knowledge of above mentioned Retailer procedures

COMPENSATION:

• Commission based. Estimated line value at $48,000 / year.
