JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our Wellness Clinic is seeking a full-time Patient Coordinator to join our team.  We are seeking outgoing, positive, and sales-minded candidates that are open to growing and mastering new skills in the Aesthetic and Integrative Medicine field.

Our office is very busy and we would love to have an upbeat, energetic person join our team! The right person for this opportunity has the ability to play many roles throughout the day, but most importantly execute an essential sales and patient education role (under pressure) inside of our patient onboarding process. We love our patients and in turn, they love us!  Our connected Medical Practice has been voted Best in West Hawaii every year since 2020.

WHERE WE ARE LOCATED:

We are located at 75-5870 Walua Road in Kailua-Kona, Hawaii near  downtown and the Royal Kona Resort on Ali'i Drive.

WORK SCHEDULE:

Full-Time **Daily hours must be flexible**

The Patient Coordinator must be flexible as the shift times may vary on a daily basis (Monday - Friday).

COMPENSATION:

- We offer  base pay and plus monthly bonus opportunity!

- Base Pay - $41,600/ year based on experience

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

-Prior experience OR advanced understanding of how to collect large ticket payments from clients is preferred and vital to this role.

-Prior experience, knowledge, or passion relating to weight loss coaching and aesthetic treatments is absolutely a plus!

-We would like to find someone who thrives in the client coaching space with a proven record of success as a Wellness Coach, Personal Trainer, Nutritionist, or similar.

-We work with many different client personalities, and executing the highest level of customer service is very important to us.

DUTIES AND REQUIREMENTS:

• Positive attitude in a busy, fast-paced setting
• Sales-focused approach with natural deal closing skills
• Responsible for collection of large ticket payments and arranging patient financing
• Ensure all necessary consents and forms are signed prior to any treatment
• Follow-up with patients after procedures (next day)
• Follow-up with prospective patients 5-7 days following their consultation to encourage purchase (sales experience is a must)
• Phone sales and appointment setting skills
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
• Experience working with online scheduler is appreciated
• Effective and accurate written and oral skills
• Willingness to work on special projects as needed
• Patient education
• Data collection & entry skills
• Time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint a plus
• Flexible schedule and adapts easily in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge/interest in natural medicine and a healthy lifestyle
• Willingness to receive feedback and learn about cutting-edge medical technology
• References required
