Now Hiring: Matcha Barista - Cashier - BOH(Part-Time / Full-Time) – Ohana Hui Cafe

We`re looking for someone who takes pride in what they make — not just another drink, but something people remember.

What You`ll Do

• Prepare matcha, coffee, and specialty drinks with consistency and care
• Follow recipes and maintain high quality standards
• Engage with customers and create a welcoming, positive experience
• Keep the workspace clean, organized, and efficient
• Work as a team during busy rushes

What We`re Looking For

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Attention to detail (this is big for us)
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable and on time
• Weekend availability is a plus
• Barista or food experience is a plus (but we can train the right person)

Pay & Perks

• Starting at $16/hour + tips
• Tips are split based on hours worked
• Flexible scheduling

Schedule

• Morning and midday shifts available
• We are open 10AM – 4PM (TUES-SUN) 
• 1st Shift - 7AM - 1PM/ 2nd Shift - 12PM-4:30PM
