Job Details

Essential Job Functions:

1. Portions, weighs, and mixes bread ingredients.
2. Monitors fermentation and bread rising process.
3. Assists Baker in mixing, cutting, weighing, and molding bread dough.
4. Packs bread products as needed.
5. Documents production times and quantities.
6. Stocks supplies.
7. Ensures work area is clean and sanitary.

Safety of Self and Others:

   Observes all safety and health policies, procedures, rules and instructions.

Working Conditions/Personal Demands:

            Able to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds. (cases of products).  Varying room temperatures, hot and/or moving equipment, sharp utensils.  

Preferred Qualifications:

            1 year Baking Experience
