Pay rates depend on job position and experience

Expected hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm (unless noted above)

Must have the ability to commute and have reliable transportation:

• Ali'i Health Center is located in the Keauhou Shopping Center at 78-6831 Ali'i Drive. 
• Ali'i Ambulatory Surgery Center is located at 75-5905 Walua Road, Ste 4.

Must have own ability to relocate to:

• Kona, HI 96740 and relocate prior to start date (Relocation stipend applicable for Providers)

Work Location: In person
