Job Summary:

We`re a growing vacation rental and property management company in Hawaii, seeking a motivated, detail-oriented team member to support both day-to-day rental operations and business development. 

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys fieldwork, guest interaction, and also has the drive to build relationships with new property owners. 

The role will also include light personal assistant duties supporting the owner with various administrative and operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Rental Operations Support (Hourly)

• Assist with guest communication, check-ins, check-outs, and basic troubleshooting

• Coordinate with cleaning teams and maintenance vendors

• Help with listing management and scheduling (Airbnb, VRBO, etc.)

• Support long-term rental tasks such as tenant communication or basic inspections

• Provide personal assistant support to the owner as needed, including errands, scheduling, and admin support

Business Development (Commission-Based)

• Identify and reach out to potential property owners who may be interested in listing their units

• Explain our vacation and long-term rental management services in a clear and friendly manner

• Help onboard new owners with documents, listing setup, and initial communication

• Represent our brand with professionalism and aloha spirit

Qualifications:

• Friendly, reliable, and comfortable speaking with both guests and clients

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

• Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written)

• Basic tech literacy (Google Drive, messaging apps, etc.)

• Prior experience in hospitality, sales, or real estate is a plus

• Must have a valid Hawaii driver`s license and access to a vehicle

• Must currently reside in Hawaii (Oahu-based applicants only)

• Must be flexible and responsive outside of regular business hours, with open communication when needed

Compensation & Work Conditions:

• Hourly pay + commission (rate negotiable based on experience)

• Flexible schedule; part-time or full-time options available
