Your Role:

In this role, you will handle accounts receivable and accounts payable functions, process collections and disbursements, and maintain customer and vendor accounts with precision and efficiency. You will play an important role in supporting our accounting team with financial tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accounting (A/R & A/P) basic functions.
• Collection and disbursements.
• Maintain customer and vendor accounts.

What We Are Looking For:

• 3 years' experience in accounting or finance, experience in distribution industry preferred.
• Organization and time management skills.
• Interpersonal and communication skills.
• Attention to details and accuracy.
• Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Excel are necessary.
• Must pass all pre-employment tests (drug test & background check).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected Schedule: 40-hour weeks, 8-hour day shifts.
