Role OverviewThe Warehouse Generalist performs various warehouse duties, including operating equipment, picking, packing, loading, and maintaining warehouse areas.ResponsibilitiesOperate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other handling equipment safely and efficiently.Pick products using order pickers, manual methods, and record actions with voice-command systems.Build and wrap pallets, load trailers, and ensure proper product placement to minimize damage.Perform warehouse clerk duties, including inventory management and documentation.Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse and surrounding areas.Assist other departments as needed and adhere to safety protocols.Qualifications & SkillsHigh School Diploma or equivalent.Experience with MHE, pallet jacks, and safety compliance.Physical ability to lift up to 60 lbs, stand, walk, and perform repetitive movements.Demonstrates safety awareness, reliability, and productivity.Strong teamwork, adaptability, and a positive work attitude.Work EnvironmentWarehouse settings include freezer (-20F), perishable (28F-60F), and grocery (50F-90F) areas.Key CompetenciesTrust-building, results-driven, continuous improvement, and adaptability.#J-18808-Ljbffr
