Warehouse AssociateAs a Warehouse Associate, you will play a critical role in keeping operations running smoothly by ensuring freight is accurately received, organized, and prepared for delivery. This hands-on and fast-paced role is ideal for someone who takes pride in precision, teamwork, and safety.ResponsibilitiesIdentify, sort, and organize freight on pallets according to manifests and customer orders.Review freight for accuracy and verify shipment counts.Locate and document missing or damaged freight, including taking photos as necessary.Load and unload freight safely and efficiently.Complete manifest paperwork accurately for each piece or pallet of freight.Conduct daily inventory of trailers in the yard.Assist with pre-loading of bobtail trucks.Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip forklift inspections and report maintenance issues.Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.Perform general maintenance and other duties as assigned.Essential SkillsExperience in warehouse operations.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pearl City, HI.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
