Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Job Description

As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a critical role in keeping operations running smoothly by ensuring freight is accurately received, organized, and prepared for delivery. This hands-on and fast-paced role is ideal for someone who takes pride in precision, teamwork, and safety.

Responsibilities

• Identify, sort, and organize freight on pallets according to manifests and customer orders.
• Review freight for accuracy and verify shipment counts.
• Locate and document missing or damaged freight, including taking photos as necessary.
• Load and unload freight safely and efficiently.
• Complete manifest paperwork accurately for each piece or pallet of freight.
• Conduct daily inventory of trailers in the yard.
• Assist with pre-loading of bobtail trucks.
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip forklift inspections and report maintenance issues.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
• Perform general maintenance and other duties as assigned.

Essential Skills

• Experience in warehouse operations.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pearl City, HI.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
