Role Description

This is a part time on-site role for an Assistant Property Manager, located in Honolulu, HI. The Assistant Property Manager will be responsible for supporting daily property management operations, including tenant relations, lease administration, and coordinating maintenance activities. They will assist with rent collection, account management, property inspections, and maintaining compliance with applicable regulations. The role also involves providing administrative support and ensuring exceptional customer service.

• Basic knowledge of property management processes, lease administration, and compliance regulations

• Previous experience in property management or real estate is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate's or bachelor's degree in business administration, real estate, or a related field is a plus
