Driver HelperCompensation: $22.00 per hourFULL -TIME AND PART-TIME AVAILABLE! We will train you!Xpress Trucking, Inc. is seeking dependable Driver Helper's to unload merchandise from containers in a safe and efficient manner at designated retail stores. Multiple shifts (day/night/7 days a week) and flexible hours available.Job ResponsibilitiesOff load products at designated site.Loads and unloads containers by hand or by use of a hand truck or dolly.Perform other duties as assigned.Offload freight containers / box trucks at assigned customers locationsEffectively communicate with customers regarding freight needsStage freight as directed by customerObtain customers signatures on all POD'sSafely self-commute or carpool with drivers to customers locationAssist with Warehouse duties as requested – load / offload freight at HFS dry dockAdhere to all HFS company policiesAttend monthly Warehouse meetingsComplete all training courses as assignedOther tasks as assignedRequirements and Qualifications:Driver Helper experience is plusWarehousing experience is plusPass background check and pre-employment drug testUphold professional mannersPunctual, dependable, and resourcefulAbility to work flexible hoursHigh level of composure and good stress managementCustomer servicePhysical Requirements:Able to stand long periods of timeAble to lift to 50lbsConstant lifting, pushing, pulling, bending, and squattingExcellent hand-eye coordinationPhysical staminaWork Environment:Indoors at customers locationsIn and out of shipping containers / box trucksOutdoors at HFS dry dockNote: This job description in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed by the employee(s) incumbent in this position.
