Inventory AssociateServco Toyota Honolulu Pre-Owned is looking for an Inventory Associate to help us stay organized and manage our inventory of vehicles. This is a great entry level auto dealership position that could lead to advancement opportunities in our parts, sales or service departments!Responsibilities:Maintain an accurate inventory vehicle list across the dealership, including organizing and maintaining the key systemEnsure the dealership lot is organized appropriately and vehicles are presentableProduce accurate and timely purchase orders for vendorsProcess vendor invoices in a timely mannerMaintain vehicle reconditioning logsRequirements:High school graduate or equivalentMinimum one year of clerical experienceValid driver's license and clean driving recordProficient in Microsoft Word and ExcelAbility to operate manual and automatic transmission for a variety of vehicle sizesStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to multi-task and meet deadlinesAutomotive knowledge, inventory, and Craigslist ad creation experience a plusAuto Dealership – Inventory – Clerical - AutomotiveAt Servco, we're committed to providing valuable mobility solutions to empower people through the freedom of movement and opportunity.
