Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Cashier Supervisor (UH) to lead our front-of-house operations at a vibrant event venue. In this role, you will oversee cashier functions, manage team members, and ensure exceptional guest experiences during high-energy events. Your leadership will drive operational excellence, maintain financial accuracy, and foster a welcoming environment for all visitors. This position offers an exciting opportunity to thrive in a fast-paced setting while honing your management skills and contributing to memorable guest experiences.

Duties

• Supervise cashier staff during shifts, ensuring efficient transaction processing and excellent customer service
• Oversee cash handling procedures, including balancing tills, managing float allocations, and ensuring accuracy in financial transactions
• Coordinate with event management teams to facilitate smooth entry and exit processes for guests
• Train and mentor staff on operational protocols, customer service standards, and safety procedures
• Monitor guest interactions to uphold high standards of hospitality and resolve any issues promptly
• Prepare detailed reports on daily sales, cash discrepancies, and operational activities for management review
• Manage shift schedules, assign duties, and oversee staff supervision to ensure optimal coverage during events
• Must be available to work 4:30am to 1:30pm, Monday to Friday with some Saturdays.

Skills

• Proven experience in cash handling and customer service
• Strong leadership skills with experience supervising teams and managing staff performance
• Excellent communication abilities for managerial decision-making and team coordination
• Familarity with operations management, budgeting, and event logistics
• Skilled in supervising shift operations, guest services, and operational workflows
• Technical proficiency with point-of-sale systems
• Demonstrated ability to make managerial decisions swiftly while maintaining a positive team atmosphere
