Pay: $20/hour

Type: Full-time; Contract

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm

Staffing Solutions of Hawaii is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

1. Supports overall staff safety and smooth communication of Center traffic/activity.
2. Oversee visitor whereabouts, keep accurate/detailed record of visitor activity, greet visitors upon entry, and clearly communicate pre-interaction expectations.
3. Direct members to servicing representative.
4. Conduct themselves in a friendly, personable, and professional manner treating all customers with patience and respect.
5. Complete other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:

1. Strong verbal communication skills.
2. Professional demeanor.
3. Strong typing and data entry skills.
4. Phone servicing experience preferred.
5. Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook experience required.
6. MS Access experience is preferred.
7. CRM/SalesForce experience is preferred.
