Tutor Perini is the general contractor for the HART City Center Guideway and Stations project. The scope of the approximately $1.66 billion contract includes the design and construction of six rail stations and approximately three miles of elevated rail guideway beginning just east of the Middle Street Transit Center Station and ending at the Civic Center Station, which will be located just east of the intersection of Halekauwila Street and South Street in downtown Honolulu. Project design is expected to begin immediately while construction is estimated to commence in the second half of 2025. Construction of this segment is expected to be substantially completed in 2030.DESCRIPTION: As a Quality Control Clerk, you will have the opportunity to play a critical role in ensuring smooth operations and successful project completion through coordinating essential administrative processes related to operations of the Quality Control Team.Create, update and distribute tracking logs and Excel spreadsheetsCollect, record and submit personnel timesheetsAssemble and distribute submittals under the direction of QC team and/ or Project ManagerAssist and coordinate scheduling of QC activities with project team and subcontractor partnersSupport the QC team with administrative support as neededREQUIREMENTS: High School diploma or GED10 or more years' experience in the construction or engineering industryExperienced in document control, quality control, and report generationPrevious experience working on the HART project is preferredIntermediate or higher-level experience with MSOffice suiteOUR MISSION We build critical infrastructure that creates a better world.OUR VISION We strive to be the preeminent full-service civil, building, and specialty contractor by delivering innovative, transformative projects through world‑class execution.
