What You'll Do

• Respond to inbound customer inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and accuracy.

• Provide technical support and assist customers with resolving issues efficiently.

• Handle sensitive and confidential information while maintaining data accuracy.

• Deliver outstanding customer experiences in a high-volume call center environment.

• Collaborate with team members to meet performance and service goals.

Schedule & Training

• This is a temp-to-hire position with the opportunity for permanent employment based on performance and business needs.

• A minimum one-year commitment is required.

• The first three months consist of paid training conducted Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

• Upon successful completion of training, schedules will vary based on business needs.

• Availability to work weekdays, weekends, and flexible shifts is required during operating hours of 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• At least 2 years of customer service experience in retail, sales, banking, financial services, hospitality, or related fields.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable using computers, web-based systems, and technology.

• Ability to multitask and remain professional in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong customer service mindset and problem-solving abilities.

• Dependable, adaptable, and eager to learn.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently.

• Positive attitude and commitment to delivering quality customer experience.

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
