Quality Assurance/Quality Control Manager

Location: Kaneohe HI

Salary Range: $100,000 - $115,000

Job Description (to Include Duties and Responsibilities)
  • Oversee Inside plant and outside plant technicians.
  • Verify trouble tickets in queue are at a manageable quantity utilizing CAIRs or Remedy ticketing system.
  • Respond to trouble tickets in-person, via phone call or email within (48) hours.
  • Troubleshoot customer issues, ensure concerns are addressed, and ensure services are returned to normal operations.
  • Conduct Quality Assurance/Quality Control Checks on projects that have been completed or are in progress to ensure data or voice services will operate as expected.
  • Onsite contract Safety Representative
  • Escalate trouble tickets to next appropriate service tier if unable to address issue within (48) hours after initial contact
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications
  • High School Diploma required.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Solid understanding of basic accounting and bookkeeping principles
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Secret clearance required
  • Telecommunication QA/QC certification
  • Be able to obtain Telecommunication Level 3 Site Safety and Health Officer (SSHO) designation
  • Confined Space certified
Preferred Requirements/Qualifications
  • 10 years Telecommunication Installation and commissioning experience
  • Previous Government Contracting experience
