The Honolulu Board of Water Supply, is hiring a Driver Improvement Coordinator I at the Manana Corporation Yard. This position develops, coordinates, and implements a departmental fleet safety program encompassing fleet safety activities, evaluations of driver conduct and qualifications, driver improvement training and education, accident investigation, commercial driver's license (CDL) drug testing and assist in establishing pertinent policies and procedures.

Minimum Qualification Requirements:
At time of application, you must be a citizen, national or permanent resident alien of the United States or a non-citizen eligible under federal law for unrestricted employment.
Education Requirement: Equivalent to graduation from high school. Responsible work experience that demonstrated the ability to perform the essential functions of the job may be substituted for education.
Experience Requirement: Three (3) years of experience in driver training and/or accident prevention activities, or other related activities involving instructing, advising on, or evaluating motor vehicle operator performance, including or supplemented by some investigational experience.
