The Security Guard focuses on maintaining a visible presence in public areas, observing incidents, acting, and notifying others according to established school protocols. The Security Guard will patrol campus buildings and grounds to prevent or deal with any incidents of theft, vandalism, fire or fire hazards, disorderly conduct, violation of school traffic, safety, security, or other regulations. If you have a flexible schedule to help meet the needs of a 24-hour security team and the desire to create a safe environment for faculty, staff, and visitors, we invite you to apply!Position Details:Work Year: 12 MonthsWork Hours: Morning Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM, or Swing Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM, or Graveyard Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM, Schedule may vary based on operational needsMinimum Hourly Rate*: $18.66/Hour - Compensation is commensurate with qualifications.Punahou School offers a comprehensive total rewards program that includes competitive pay and benefits. The pay rate, if displayed, is the minimum hourly rate for the position.
