The Coordinator will join our dynamic operations team to receive, stock, and manage Orbitalum inventory to maximize on‑time delivery to our customers.Essential Job Functions Prepare purchase requisition with input and oversight from managementTrack open purchase orders and due datesDevelop familiarity with our products and part numbersReceive shipments and check them for accuracyInspect incoming product for defectsModify, combine, and/or separate received product into final productStock products in the warehouse in assigned locationsManage warehouse layout for best productivityInterface with sales department to provide stock and ship date informationInterface with shipping/receiving department to communicate part bin locations and coordinate incoming shipmentsInterface with suppliers to resolve product and shipping defects and coordinate shipmentsPerform additional duties and tasks as assignedQualifications High School Diploma or GED1–2 years of experience with inventory management, purchasing, or shipping/receiving, or other relevant experienceAptitude with computers and office software, ability and willingness to learn our in‑house software suiteStrong problem‑solving, organization, and time‑management skills with the ability to work independentlyAbility to work overtime if requiredDetail‑orientedPhysical Demand Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.Bending, sitting, squatting, climbing, standingPosition includes both front‑office and warehouse tasksEEO Statement All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
