This role oversees team members on the sales floor, drives exceptional customer experiences, and helps achieve sales and profitability goals. Responsibilities include assisting with staff scheduling, training, and coaching, monitoring visual merchandising and store presentation, and supporting inventory management and loss prevention activities. The Assistant Store Manager also helps maintain operational standards, ensures policies and procedures are followed, and contributes to a positive, inclusive, and brand-aligned store culture.QualificationsStrong customer-focused skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction.Effective Communication skills for interacting with customers, team members, and leadership.Experience with Store Management and day-to-day retail operations.Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices and procedures.Previous experience in retail or specialty apparel/footwear environments.Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team in a fast-paced setting.Solid organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.#J-18808-Ljbffr
