Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to travelers, visitors, and airport personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout terminals, public areas, restricted access points, parking locations, and perimeter areas as assigned.; Monitor access points and help to deter unauthorized entry by verifying credentials, directing foot traffic, and observing activity within the government location.; Respond to incidents, suspicious activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report observations through required communication channels.; Document incidents, assist with crowd management, and coordinate with airport staff and/or public sector personnel when needed.
