Hilton Grand Vacations - - Responsibilities: Conduct routine patrols of the property, including interior and exterior areas, to identify and address safety or security risks; Monitor and protect the property against theft, vandalism, fire hazards, and other safety concerns; Respond to incidents, emergencies, and guest concerns, taking appropriate action and notifying leadership or emergency services as needed; Investigate security incidents, accidents, and suspicious activity, and complete accurate and timely reports; Provide assistance to guests and team members, including directions, general support, and service related requests
