Overtime pay starts at $28.50 per hourA higher rate than $19.00 may be offered; the overtime rate will be calculated 1.5× the offered hourly rateEmployees who work 5:00 pm onwards on weekdays or anytime on the weekends will receive an additional $1.50 shift differential on top of their hourly rateOur company's pay period starts on a Sunday and ends on a SaturdayOur payroll period is weekly, and workers are paid on the following Thursday after the end of the pay periodRate increases and/or bonuses may be offered at the company's discretion, based on individual factors such as performance, skill and tenureThe company will make deductions from the worker's paycheck as required by law.
