DHLM is seeking a Land Agent V to assist in the planning, coordination, and management of land management and real property programs within the Land Transactions Division. This position plays a key role in overseeing complex real property transactions involving City-owned lands and facilities, including acquisitions, dispositions, easements, leases, licenses, rights-of-entry, transit-oriented development (TOD), affordable housing initiatives, and other strategic City projects. The Land Agent V works closely with City leadership, other government agencies, developers, consultants, and community stakeholders to support the City's housing, land use, and redevelopment objectives. The selected candidate will assist in supervising staff, coordinating division operations, reviewing and negotiating real estate transactions, and supporting the implementation of high-profile City initiatives.
