Temporary Full Time Noe Food Runner

Four Seasons Resort O'ahu at Ko Olina is looking for a Temporary Full Time Noe Food Runner who has a passion for excellence and the spirit of aloha.

The Food Runner reports to the Noe General Manager and serves guest needs by assisting the Food Server with delivery of food from kitchen and completing guest requests.

What you will do:

• Deliver food from kitchen to the guest ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Assist in clearing, cleaning and set-up of tables, chairs, linens, china, glass and silver for service in an unobtrusive manner; greet guests according to Four Seasons Standards to ensure superior service.
• Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
• Assist in stocking linens, china, glass, silver, and food items for service; assist in preparation of smaller items such as toast, soup, or beverages.
• Assist in the breakdown, cleaning and set-up of buffets and food stations.

What you will bring:

• Candidate must be fluent in English, both verbal and written.
• Candidates should have at least 1 year previous experience in a similar position in a luxury environment.
• Must be experienced in the areas of communication and computer skills.
• Service Passion
• Requires attention to detail and problem solving skills
• Successful candidates must possess legal work authorization in the United States

Pay: $21.75 per hour

Schedule: 5 days per week, 40 hours. This is a temporary full-time assignment starting at 3 months with the possibility of extension based on the business need of the Resort. With the benefits of a regular full time Four Seasons employee.
