Duties

Develop projects, schedules, and budgetary estimates and assure suspense requirements are met.

Plan, direct, and coordinate reports on construction status, design requirements, funding, and progress/schedules.

Identify work delays and facilitate their resolution.

Interpret and confirm established policies, regulatory guides, and accepted architect/engineering practices.
