Job Details

We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer to support the following scope of work: 1. Help customer transition from IL-4 enclave to IL-5 and eventually stand up IL-6 environment
2. Stabilize/expand help desk capability by deploying/refining ITSM in IL-5
3. Deploy ITAM capabilities (HAM/SAM) in IL-5
4. Stabilize/expand SPM capabilities in IL-5 and eventually lay the groundwork for major expansion in IL-6 enclave
5. Help stabilize HRSD (employee workflows) and help customer mature consumption of module
6. Deploy Legal service delivery module in IL-5
7. Expertise in IL-6 (Air-Gapped) deployments
