Assistant General Manager

The Assistant General Manager (AGM) has a key leadership role, responsible for supporting the General Manager with driving sales performance, operational excellence, and a world-class member experience. You will help lead and coach the team to ensure the gym hits its targets and maintains the high standards of the UFC GYM brand.

Key Responsibilities Team Support & Leadership: Daily management, training, ambassador.

Sales & Growth: Lead production, goal achievement, promotions.

Operations & Service: Member retention, club excellence, admin support.

Qualifications: Experience, skills, education, physical, certifications.

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year.
