What You'll Do

As a Line Cook, you'll be at the heart of our kitchen operations. Your day will include:

  • Setting up your workstation with everything needed for smooth service
  • Preparing premium-quality dishes following standard recipes
  • Handling essential prep like chopping vegetables, cutting meats, and crafting sauces
  • Ensuring every plate meets our high standards for taste, portion, and presentation
  • Receiving and inspecting food products to ensure freshness and quality
  • Keeping accurate temperature logs twice daily
  • Staying organized in all storage and prep areas
  • Keeping your station and surrounding areas spotless and safe
  • Reporting any equipment issues quickly to keep the kitchen running efficiently
  • Supporting the Chef de Cuisine, Sous Chef, and team with any additional tasks
